When your license ends, your game stays stored for 6 months with its settings, graphics and data. Want to use it again in that time, say at your next trade fair? Simply reactivate it and pay only the license. No new setup.

Example: a second trade fair within 6 months costs €60 instead of €1,600.

You pay full price for the most expensive game, every other one costs 20% less: setup, mode, screens, multiplayer and license. Add-ons always at full price.

Pricing FAQ

What does a branded game cost?

You pay once for your game’s setup and the mode: from €1,600 net for an Essential game in screen mode with 2 screens. For ongoing use, a license from €60 a month is added, covering hosting, maintenance and support. The price calculator shows what your combination costs.

What does a game for a single trade fair cost?

For a trade fair or event of up to a week you pay a flat fee without license: €1,600 net for an Essential game such as Spin the Wheel or Quiz, with 2 screens in parallel and lead capture. Each additional screen costs a one-time €150.

Is there a minimum term?

No, you can book the license for a single month. Longer terms lower it: by 10% for 6 months, by 20% for 12 and by 30% for 24 months. The discount applies to the license only, not to setup, mode and add-ons.

What happens when the term ends?

Your game stays stored with its settings, graphics and data for 6 months. If you use it again in that time, say at your next trade fair, you reactivate it and pay only the license, no new setup. After a trade fair week, that is one month of license, so from €60.

Are graphics included in the price?

No, all prices exclude graphics. You supply logo, visuals and copy in the formats from the game’s data sheet and brand the game yourself in the GameHub. If you need support, add our graphics hours.

Is a second game cheaper?

Yes. You pay full price for the most expensive game, every other one costs 20% less: setup, mode, extra screens, multiplayer and license. Add-ons are always full price. A second Essential game in screen mode costs €1,280 instead of €1,600 and €48 instead of €60 a month.

What does a game on several screens cost?

Screen mode includes 2 screens in parallel. Each additional one costs a one-time €150, the license stays the same. If several people should play on one screen at the same time, add multiplayer for a one-time €750.

Can I try the games first?

Yes, many games can be played right in the browser, on a computer or on your phone. In a no-obligation demo we also show you the GameHub live and work out your combination with you.
