Use cases

Typical use cases

  • Waiting areas and foyers

When idle, the screen in the foyer shows a preview, and anyone who scans the QR code plays with their own phone. Waiting time becomes an experience with your brand.

  • Visitor centers and attractions

A quiz with questions about the region, exhibition or attraction conveys content through play. At the Eurovision Song Contest 2026, Austria Tourism used an Austria quiz in the Eurovision Village in Vienna.

Why it works

Waiting time is often perceived as time lost. Interactive games turn those moments into a positive visitor experience, increase engagement with attractions and create incentives for return visits, recommendations and data capture.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which games work for attractions and leisure venues?

The quiz for content about the region, exhibition or attraction, Pairs and Sliding Puzzle with your own visuals, and fast high-score games like Catch Game or Downhill Ski for waiting areas. For prize draws with a voucher, Spin the Wheel works well.

What do we need on site?

A screen with a browser and Wi-Fi or LAN from 10 Mbit/s. Visitors play via QR code with their own phone, so no touchscreen or extra hardware is needed.

Can several guests play at the same time?

Yes. With games like Quiz or Downhill Ski, several players connect to the big screen via QR code at the same time in multiplayer, for example families or groups in the waiting area.

Does it work without a stable internet connection on site?

For locations without a network we build special formats that run fully offline, for example with a touchscreen or buzzer. That is how Pairs and Spin the Wheel run in the activations of Vöslauer and all i need.

How do games bring guests back?

Through prizes redeemed on the next visit: with the Voucher codes add-on you hand out redeemable codes, and the dashboard shows prize redemptions. You ask for contact details for the newsletter right in the game, with consent.
